YXPLORE is a travel booking platform based in Kinshasa. It brings together, in one place, flights and stays worldwide alongside the offers of local hosts, tour operators and transport providers — with a clear price and secure card payment.
Our mission
Booking a trip from Kinshasa, Brazzaville or Lubumbashi should take no more effort than from Paris or Johannesburg. Too often it still means visiting an agency in person, paying cash, waiting for a ticket by message, and discovering the real price at the last minute.
YXPLORE exists to change that: to give travellers in the region the same access to the world's airlines and hotels as anywhere else, and to give local properties and operators a serious shopfront, with prepaid bookings and simple availability management.
We are neither an airline nor a hotel. We are the intermediary that makes the booking clear, the payment safe and after-sales support reachable.

Card details are entered with a certified payment provider. YXPLORE never sees or stores your card data.
Ticket and confirmation by email
Confirmation arrives immediately; the ticket and its airline reference as soon as it is issued. Without an account if you prefer.
Automatic refund
If a ticket cannot be issued or a room confirmed after payment, you are refunded in full, without having to ask.
Human support
A team reachable by email, answering with your file in front of them and handling your requests with the airlines.
Verified local partners
Every host, operator and driver is vetted before they can publish, and is paid through the platform rather than hand to hand.

The stays, tours and transfers offered in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Central Africa come from properties and operators we work with directly. Every application is reviewed before publication, every booking is paid on the platform and passed on to the partner after the service.
For the traveller, that means a booking confirmed in writing and a cancellation policy known in advance. For the partner, customers who have already paid and a dashboard to manage availability.
